Which sites can I download from?
Public content from the platforms listed on the downloader's status panel. Each source shows whether it is working right now. Private, paid or DRM-protected content is not supported.
Is it legal to download a video?
It depends on the content and where you live. Only download media you own or have permission to save. You are responsible for how you use what you download.
How long are my files kept?
That depends on your plan: on the free plan, files are kept for a limited number of days and then deleted automatically. You can delete any file at any time.
Do you look at my files?
No. Files are processed automatically and only you can access them. Staff access is limited to resolving abuse reports and is recorded in an audit log.
Can I sign in without a password?
Yes. Add a passkey (Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello, Android or a security key) in security settings, then sign in with it.
Do you have paid plans?
Paid plans are planned but payments are not enabled yet. Everyone is on the free plan for now.
