About Add links
This tool makes parts of a PDF page clickable. Draw an area over a word, a picture or a button, then choose where it leads: a web page, an email address or another page of the same document.
- What you add
- One PDF file.
- What you get
- One PDF with the clickable areas added.
How to use it
- Add your PDF.
- Draw an area on the page where the link should be.
- Enter a web or email address, or pick the page to jump to.
- Start, then download the PDF.
Settings
- Destination: a web address (http or https), an email address, or a page of the document.
- Look: an invisible area (the default) or a visible frame with the thickness, line style and colour you choose.
- Highlight while clicked: none, invert, outline or inset.
- Page links: open the page fitted to the window, fitted to its width, or at the reader's current zoom.
Good to know
- We don't visit the addresses you enter; only web and email addresses are accepted.
- Link areas can't be rotated.
Your files are processed only for this operation and deleted when it finishes. No one at Tools War can view what you upload.
