About Fill & sign
This tool fills in a PDF the way you would on paper: click where the text goes and type, tick boxes, add the date and put your signature on the page. Everything is written into the page as real content.

How to use it
- Add your PDF.
- Click on the page to add text, a mark or the date, or draw or type your signature.
- Move and resize each item until it sits where it belongs.
- Start, then download the filled PDF.
Settings
- Text: any size and colour, bold or regular, aligned to either side or centred, with extra letter spacing for boxed fields.
- Marks: check mark, cross, dot, line, circle or rounded box.
- Date: the date written as text.
- Signature and initials: drawn, typed in a handwriting style, or an image of your signature.
Good to know
- Text and marks become part of the page, so they look the same in every PDF reader.
- This is a visible signature, not a certificate-based digital signature; for that, use Digital signature (certificate).
